Caesar

Crisp romaine with aged parmesan cheese, croutons tossed with our Newk’s Caesar dressing on the side. Add chicken, salmon, or shrimp.

Triple-Take

Seasonal fresh fruit, pasta salad and homemade chicken salad with grapes, pecans and celery on a bed of mixed greens, tomatoes and cucumbers.

Greek

Crisp romaine, kalamata olives, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, cucumbers, pepperoncini peppers, and sliced red onion and feta cheese. Newk’s Greek dressing on the side.
Add grilled chicken, salmon, or shrimp.

Cobb

Mixed greens, romaine, grilled chicken breast, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, green onion, pecans, croutons, generously sprinkled with gorgonzola cheese. Bleu cheese dressing on the side.
